Perched on the edge of the cliff at the beach in Los Caños de Meca and with private access to the beach below from the garden. Thanks to its location, the panoramic views of the sea, the coast of nearby Morocco and Trafalgar Lighthouse on the right are absolutely breathtaking. Year round the sunsets from the terrace or the garden are really impressive.

This house is especially charming and comes with all the details on a single floor.

The villa has a spacious living room/ dining room with a chaise longue, a fireplace and a dining table. The huge windows make the whole space very luminous and there are such beautiful views of the sea from here. The well equipped kitchen is in the same ample space. From the kitchen, large French doors open on to the furnished terrace, ample enough for eight people. With the incredible panoramic seaview and the sound of the sea in the background, amazing evenings are practically guaranteed.

There are four bedrooms in the villa, two with double beds and the other two with single beds. One of the rooms with a double bed comes with views of the sea and a French window onto the terrace while the other has an en-suite shower. The rooms with single beds share a spacious bathroom with a double sink and bathtub. In addition to this, there is a hotwater shower in the garden.

Due to the privileged location of the villa on the cliff top, it feels like actually being on the beach but with the intimacy of your own, private garden where you can relax sunbathing or fire up the barbecue. From the garden you will see the best sunsets in Caños with a 180 degrees, panoramic view. With this kind of a backdrop everything tastes so much better!

The amount of the deposit will be established on making a formal reservation. This deposit will be paid in cash on arrival at the property.
The deposit will be returned on inspection of the property and once verified that everything is in the same condition as it was on arrival. From the kitchen you can go out onto the terrace where you will find a table and chairs which makes it the ideal dining area. There are 4 rooms in total, 2 of which have double beds and the other 2 have single beds. One of the rooms with a double bed has views of the sea and a French window that leads out onto the terrace. Villa Atlántico is a wonderful rental option in Los Caños de Meca. From anywhere in the house you can see the sea, beyond Cape Trafalgar as far as Zahara de los Atunes. There is access to the beach just across the street.

A large, traditional, rural style, functional villa with ample, well illuminated spaces. There is a 200 m2 garden with a lawn around the house so you can just take it easy in the comfort of your own garden if you don´t feel like going to the beach.

Each villa is a 3 floor building:
On the ground floor there is porch which is an entrance area and gives way into an ample living room, dining room where there is a fireplace and large windows with an open plan, well equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you go out to the terrace where there are tables and chairs enough to accommodate 10 diners around the outdoor barbecue, just the spot for enjoying the evenings with friends and family. Completing the ground floor, we have a bedroom with a double bed as well as a large bathroom with a double sink and a shower.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and big windows looking out at the sea. Another room has 2 single beds and the third room has 3 larger single beds, 105cms wide, and goes out onto a terrace with views of the sea. There is also a large bathroom with a bathtub and a double sink.
Up on the third floor is the attic room with just a single bed but, it has a little terrace from where you get to see the best panoramic views of The Atlantic ocean in the whole house.

The house is right in the centre of Los Caños de Meca, and, in the high season, just where all the most popular bars and restaurants are found, such as La Jaima, a great place for a cocktail while you watch the sun go down.

Villa Atlántico is really in the ideal place, right in the centre of town and with the beach only 50 metres away. All you have to do is cross the street and you are there.

The villa is in the right place, on a slight rise above the beach and with the Natural Park just out the back. The views from anywhere in the house are beautiful, you can see the forest, the sea and Trafalgar Lighthouse on the right.

Outside there are two large sun terraces looking onto the 200m2 private garden which surrounds the whole house, a real luxury even when referring to luxury villas in Cadiz. One of the terraces looks out on the sea and the other terrace, near the outdoor barbecue comes furnished with tables and chairs for everyone to be able to sit outside. In summer it´s lovely and fresh and in winter it´s a perfect suntrap. From this terrace there´s access to the kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor, one with a double bed and big windows looking out at the sea. The second bedroom comes with 2 single beds and the third has three, larger single beds, (105 cms wide) and French windows out to the sun terrace and also facing the sea. Here also is a second, big bathroom complete with a bathtub and double sink.

On the third floor, up in the attic, there´s another bedroom with a single bed and a sun terrace with the best, panoramic views by far of the Atlantic Ocean.

In the event of a cancellation the entire deposit would be returned if the property is reserved by another guest for the same dates. If not, the deposit will be lost.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum occupancy policy must be respected at all times. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the appropriate measures being taken, such as an extra fee being charged or on eviction from the premises.

DEPOSIT: The client will be held responsible for any damages or faults which may occur on the property caused by the tenant, the tenants guests, or pets. Proper care must be taken of the property. Should any damages occur, the tenant is obliged to inform it to the staff at Villasdemeca, whatever their cause.
The amount of the deposit will be established on making a formal reservation. This deposit will be paid in cash on arrival at the property.
The deposit will be returned on inspection of the property and once verified that everything is in the same condition as it was on arrival. The tenant will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its content occurred during their stay and will be liable to be charged for any breakages or repairs.

The airport at Jerez de la Frontera is the one closest to us at just an hour away by car. Seville, Malaga or Gibraltar are about two hours away.

Supermarkets, shops and restaurants close to the Villas.

In Los Caños de Meca there are small food shops and a pharmacy. To do a large shopping trip most people go to Barbate which is just seven kilometres away and where you will find all the major supermarkets such as Mercadona, Lidl or Aldi. We highly recommend you visit the central market in Barbate where you will find all the freshest local produce and the best of fish from our coasts.

There is a wide selection of restaurants, bars and beach bars to choose from, all within walking distance. In summer, everything is open. In the low season the offer is more limited.

Local Tourist Attractions: Los Caños de Meca is situated between Cádiz to the west and Tarifa to the east. This makes it the perfect destination and brings you closer to the many places worth a visit in the province.

The great variety of beaches that the area has to offer on La Costa de la Luz is practically endless: La Barrosa, Conil, El Palmar, Barbate, Bolonia, Tarifa… The enchanting white villages, Los Pueblos Blancos, such as Vejer de la Frontera, Conil de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Grazalema, Arcos de la Frontera, etc…. The Natural Parks: La Breña y Marismas de Barbate or Los Alcornocales, and not to mention the mythical cities as Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, San Fernando or El Puerto de Santa Maria. From Los Caños de Meca it is possible to go on a day trip to such emblematic cities like Seville, Ronda, Gibraltar, or even a visit to Morocco.

A lovely villa for 4 guests close to the Natural Park and only 200 metres from the beach.

A delightful House in a stunning setting, nestled between the pine forest and the beach. It´s a quiet area but still close to the centre of Caños and just a short stroll away from bars, beach bars such as La Jaima, and all the other restaurants. Hiking is another popular pastime here and there are lots of very interesting trails and routes to do in the pine forest just out the back door practically.

This newly built Andalusian style Villa is spacious, bright and airy. The huge glass windows and doors look out onto the sun terraces with the forest as a backdrop. The garden around the house is lovely and green and there are some palm trees as well as a terrace with tables and chairs close to the barbecue area. It´s just the perfect place to unwind and enjoy company and great food surrounded by nature. From the terrace there is direct access to the spacious living room/dining room area with a fireplace and the adjoining, well equipped kitchen. There´s also a little bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and french windows that lead out onto the sun terrace with views of the Natural Park. In the other room there are two single beds. The main bathroom is on this floor too and has a double sink, a bathtub and a large shower. Besides, out in the garden there´s another shower with hot water too.

This gorgeous house is extremely comfortable as well as spacious and comes with everything you might possibly need to ensure you have a great time while you are here on holidays.

RATES
Rates are approximate. Confirm rates and availability by sending a reservation request, an enquiry form or by telephone.
The semi-detached holiday homes are the same, Villasdemeca reserves the right to assign one or the other since both are really equal, depending purely on availability.
Minimum stay of 2 nights in the low season and of 6/7 nights in the high season.
VAT (10%) is included.
All services such as water, gas and electricity are included in the price.
Final cleaning service is also included in the price. The house should be left in good order and the garbage disposed of correctly.

Consult prices for additional cleaning services, an extra bed or firewood for the chimney. These services are not included in the price.

Please do not hesitate to ask for information about Taxi services, nearby airports, walking trails, places of interest to visit in the area or any other activities that you may be interested in.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
On making a reservation 30% of the total fee must be paid by means of a bank transfer. On receipt of this payment you will receive an email confirming the reservation.

I highly recommend staying in Los Canos de Meca and this house. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back. This house was very clean, amazing location, close to beach, at the entrace to national park. It is a great escape from city and noise. Lola was very responsive, reliable and caring

It's a lovely house, very near to the beach ( walking distance) and in a very quiet location ( just right to a very beautiful green area - a pinar in spanish)
