A magnificent villa in a privileged location, just on the edge of the Natural Park of La Breña and right in the centre of Los Caños de Meca, only 200 metres from the beach. Nestled between the mountain and the coast it is the easiest thing in the world to just relax and enjoy the holidays.
The terraced area is perfect for sunbathing out in the fresh air and taking in the views of the forest. Up on the top floor, from the attic, you can see Trafalgar Lighthouse and watch the incredible sunsets Caños is famous for.
A beautiful, recently built, large, Andalusian style villa. It´s very bright and airy and has been tastefully decorated mixing rustic and colonial elements. The house comes with all the modern comforts to make you feel totally at home.
The House has three floors arranged as follows:
A covered porch next to the barbecue set in a pretty garden with a variety of local plants around the lawn. There´s a dining table here where you can enjoy food and drinks with your friends and family, out in the open air. Large french windows lead into the sitting room/dining room area as well as the kitchen. It´s all open plan and very spacious.
Room for 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large, french window out onto the first floor terrace. The second room on this floor comes with 2 large, single beds (105cms wide). A spiral staircase leads up to the attic where you will find the third bedroom with 2 normal single beds (90cms wide). There is another little terrace up here and this is where you get to see everything: the Natural Park, the sea, Trafalgar Lighthouse, the stars at night…
The main bathroom is a big space and comes complete with a bathtub, a shower, a double sink and a bidet. There is another toilet on the ground floor as well as a hot water shower out in the garden.
